Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency

We were responsible for the creation of a corporate DVD for the Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency (SCDEA). This was achieved through a clear understanding of the brief provided by the client as well as flexibility to be able to change filming arrangements at short notice to accommodate SCDEA operational matters.

The main purpose of the DVD was to explain the background and role of the SCDEA to a variety of audiences in an interesting yet consistent way. The brief called for a five minute DVD which we scripted, filmed, edited and delivered on both DVDs and web files. Indeed, the initial script presented for consideration was the final script used in the production. However following discussions with the team at the SCDEA and the SPSA, we also recognised that many presentations by key SCDEA spokespeople can last up to one hour so we also provided a ten-minute, more in-depth version of the DVD free of charge. It is our ability to recognise the needs of our clients and our desire to meet them which makes many of our clients return to us again and again.
