When the Royal Bank of Scotland needs to motivate and inspire staff in challenging times, they turn to The Broadcasting Business. We created a “Blast Off” DVD for their mortgages division at the start of 2007 – interviewing a NASA astronaut in Florida, among others, who outlined what it took to lead from the front. The DVD proved inspirational and is still used by RBS three years later. Other film productions include Get Ready and Who’s Your Sophie Jones. We have also developed a series of audio CDs featuring leading management thinkers so that busy staff can learn and train remotely or while on the move. A password protected website, which also features all the audio productions, contains further information and support on each topic, as well as other resources to download, including audio files.
